The Urban Water Conservation Challenge

Mega Tanks is proud to announce the completion of the Alma Park Stormwater Harvesting Tanks. This ambitious project not only solves the problem of space limitations in urban areas but also promotes sustainability in Melbourne's water management system.

"The project is significant because the tanks collect rainwater which would otherwise be lost, the rainwater is then used it to irrigate the large sports fields owned by City of Port Phillip Council."

- Rob Bland, Project Leader

Innovative Underground Solution

The breakthrough lies in the underground tank design. By strategically placing water storage systems beneath the sports fields, Mega Tanks addressed two critical urban challenges.

Environmental Impact

These underground Concrete Water Harvesting Tanks represent more than just infrastructure. They embody a sustainable approach to urban water management, benefiting the environment and the community for years to come.
